A Unique Approach

Auricular Reflexology

Relax your mind

A relaxing session working the reflexes on the ear. This can be followed by ear seeds applied to relevant points.  Auricular seeds work by applying pressure to specific, individualised points, extending the treatment for several days. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.

Foot Relexology

Balance your soul

Pressure is applied to reflexes on the plantar and dorsal side of the foot. This activates the nerves in the feet, encouraging the brain to work towards balance. It works holistically on both physical and mental health.

Lending a Helping Hand

Hand Reflexology

Natural healing

Hand reflexology also works on different reflexes mirrored on the body. It can be a very good way to relax the hands and ease pain and tension in the wrists and finger joints.

All About Me

My Journey

My name is Pamela and I qualified as a level 5 reflexologist with David Wayte at Jubilee College in October 2020.   I am registered with both the Association of Reflexologists and  the CNHC, (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council). I am also fully insured with Alan Boswell.
After 28 years working in correctional services, the last 15 helping offenders with drug and alcohol problems make positive changes to their lives, I decided it was time for a change. So...in October 2019, I began training to be a reflexologist.  I absolutely loved the course and the case studies.  2020 made the training particularly challenging but made me more determined to complete it and start the next part of my journey.  I have gone on to complete further training in both finger free reflexology with Jubilee College and most recently Auricular reflexology with Contemporary reflexology College. Each day brings new learning and more opportunity to expand my knowledge.   I am passionate about helping people to help themselves and reflexology fits well with this as your body works with me to balance and restore.

I am based in Hatfield, Doncaster and can offer treatments at my home or at Action First Physiotherapy, Snaith.
